Donjell Malen has signed an official contract with Borussia Dortmund after joining from PSV Eindhoven for an initial fee of €30 million. Borussia Dortmund are set to officially sign Netherlands striker Donjell Malen from PSV Eindhoven for €30m plus. An additional €4m in bonuses. And
